The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will go above and beyond in order to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and they will greet you with a friendly smile and give you a hospitable welcome with the staff on the front desk in particular given a special mention. .
A wide selection of food is available at breakfast with a choice of cold offerings such as cereal and fresh fruit or there is also a hot choice with the usual fare of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and make your own waffles. There is something for everybody and the food is replenished so you won't miss out. .
The rooms have all the amenities you need with HD television, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board and coffee maker. They are also equipped with a desk so you can continue your work if staying for business. .
The parking lot is reported by previous guests as too small and not having enough spaces for all the room at the hotel and the surrounding streets have no parking spaces available either. .
The rooms are not in the best of condition with mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling and the bed linen stained and dirty. The general appearance of the rooms is quite dirty and they look like they could do with a clean, especially the carpets. .
According to reports the hotel is located on the edge of a neighbourhood which has been described as quite rough and rundown by some previous guests who felt uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on the streets here. .
