The staff is genuinely friendly, polite, and accommodating. If you have any questions or concerns, the hotel personnel will do their best to help you. In addition, the staff is quite knowledgeable about the area and can give you great tips for your trip.
Most guests enjoyed the continental breakfast at the hotel, adding that the selection was varied, the food was fresh and the overall meal was filling.
The hotel isn't new and it shows. Most guests thought the rooms needed renovations. The furnishings look old, the bathroom is outdated, the carpets appear worn, and the walls and stairwells of the hotel need repainting. Furthermore, the musty smell and humidity in the rooms creates a stuffy atmosphere.
The hotel is located next to a busy road and the traffic is pretty constant. Guests said it was bothersome enough to take away from enjoying the patio area, and the noise did not decrease at night. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as a precaution.
Though many guests didn't have a problem, some thought that housekeeping could do a better job. Their rooms did not appear clean enough upon check-in.
