Previous guests were satisfied with the news beds and mattresses at the hotel. Aside from having clean and comfortable texture, these beds and linens provide extreme comfort so most guests are able to get a relaxing sleep.
The staffs, most especially the front desk personnel were all very friendly and helpful. They have provided remarkable assistance from check-in until check out process so most guests were able to enjoy and experience a totally pleasant stay.
Most guests rated excellently the hotel’s highly accessible location which is close to business district, restaurant, shopping centers, and beaches within the area. It is also close to major establishments and tourist destinations such as Pirates Spring training facility and Anna Maria Island.
Guests were disappointed with the horrible smell of smoke and pets within the rooms. The smell was too strong that some guests suffered allergic reactions so they had no choice but to request for room transfer.
Most of the negative reviews were centered on the black dirty carpets in the rooms. Most guests had no choice but to wear socks or flip-flops due to the gross and dirty appearance of the carpets. These carpets looked like they were not cleaned for a long time, and needed to be vacuumed immediately.
