Positive Reviews
positive:
Decent value for money
The overwhelming majority of guests who brought up the question of value for money felt that they had received decent value during their stay. They considered their room rate to be very low for the tri-state area, and felt they received reasonable accommodation in a good location in return.
positive:
Good location
Guests really seemed to like the location of the hotel. It seemed that many guests were headed into New York, and while the hotel is some distance from Manhattan, guests reported that there was a convenient bus service and that, for the price, they received much better accommodation here than they would get in the city.
positive:
Very comfy beds
An extraordinary number of guests mentioned that the beds were very comfortable - in some cases, even more comfortable than their bed at home.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast a little disappointing
Most guests did not really enjoy the breakfast. The main complaint seemed to be that it did not have enough variety, with very little on offer for diabetics and those on a low carb diet.
negative:
Problems with parking
A number of guests pointed out that there is a very popular restaurant right next door that shares the same parking lot, with no reserved bays for hotel guests. As a result, those returning to the hotel at busy restaurant times found that it was very difficult to find a free bay
negative:
Poor satellite building
Going by the guest reviews, it seems that the hotel has a satellite building that they use to accommodate some guests. They did not think highly of the rooms in this building, and thought that the rooms and environment in the main building were far better.
