Guests were satisfied with the overall assistance of the staff! They were very professional yet friendly and have done everything they could to help the guests with their needs and special requests. Furthermore, they were also very quick to respond to issues and did everything they could to resolve them.
Previous guests were impressed with the high quality of the mattresses and pillows. The king size beds were very clean and comfortable, while the linens and sheets smelled fresh so most guests were able to sleep contentedly.
Due to the poor and limited options for breakfast, most guests were disappointed! Most of the food were processed and were not freshly prepared and there were no eggs, waffles, pastries, and fruits. Moreover, most of the food was also gone before the cut off time so some guests were not able to enjoy the breakfast.
The size of the pool area is not sufficient for laps, exercise, or actual swimming according to previous guests. There were also reports of some bugs or dead insects within the pool area. Furthermore, there were times when the pool was closed so some guests were quite upset that they were not able to use the pool especially their kids.
Guests were displeased with the foul cigarette smell coming from the non-smoking rooms. The smell of smoke was too strong despite efforts to sanitize so some guests had some allergies.
