Most guests were happy with the good value of their stay and were expecting the basics to be covered. They had a clean room with a comfortable bed to sleep on. They also enjoyed the free breakfast the motel offered them. They felt this was a good place to stay.
The staff was found to be friendly and kind by most guests. They tried to accommodate guests to their requests and were very amiable. The kind staff was very much appreciated and made their stay much more memorable. They would recommend this place based on the people.
The motel was said to be in a great location near various shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to the Sandia mountain range. It was a nice location near the center of town and close to the city’s main attractions.
The plumbing noises coming from other rooms of guests flushing their toilets was distracting for guests. If they flushed the toilets, other people could hear the plumbing system working. Some other guests were annoyed with the traffic noise.
Guests felt the rooms had a distinct smoke smell to them even though they are advertised as non-smoking. The bad smells did not leave a good first impression.
The motel is in need of a good maintenance according to most guests who stayed here. They noticed small but important details that made their stay memorable the wrong way. For example, there were exposed wires, holes in air conditioning, mold and poor lighting.
