The housekeepers always make sure that the bedding and pillowcases are fresh and clean, according to guests. Rooms and the beds are cleaned regularly too. When you enter your room for the first time, you will be instantly attracted to lie down on the spotless white, comfortable bed.
Guests expressed that the staff members of this hotel seem professional and courteous. Guests barely see them without a smile on their face, and they never fail to greet guests whenever they meet them on the hallways.
Despite the hotel’s advertisement that all guests will be provided with a free Internet service in their rooms, many guests still weren’t able to connect online using the hotel’s Wi-Fi connection. Therefore, it is better to bring your own Internet device, or visit a cafe outside that offer free Internet service.
A number of those guests who availed for a non-smoking room noted that it still smell of cigarette smoke. When this happens to you, do not hesitate to ask for a room replacement right away.
