This hotel won’t break the bank. If you need reasonable accommodations for a cheap price, you’ve found a winner.
The staff is amiable, helpful, and go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, if you require an early check-in they will try to accommodate you. What’s more, an early check-in could mean several hours or a complete day ahead. If they can accommodate you, they will.
You will be staying right next to a highway, which means plenty of noise. Not only that, trucks utilize the space to turn in the early morning hours. So, expect to hear the sounds of some heavy duty vehicles.
The management needs to really get their hands dirty and clean up the place. Badly stained carpeting, worn furnishings, mildew and mold in the bathroom, saggy mattress, and the all time favorite, bad smells and thin walls. Don’t be surprised to find a roach or two.
If you plan to stay for more than one night, you are pretty much on your own. Taking out the trash and getting your own towels are at least two of the chores you will have to complete. It seems that in many public accommodations today, housekeeping has become passé and visitors are expected to pay for the room and tidy it up too!
