Guests are pleased with the clean, firm, and comfortable hotel mattresses and pillows provided in every room. Furthermore, the large king size beds are more than enough to provide long and enormously satisfying sleep for the guests.
Most positive reviews speak well of the remarkable service the employees have provided. They were friendly yet professional, and they did their best to accommodate all the needs of the guests such as suggesting restaurants and great places to visit within the area.
Aside from the organized and well-replenished breakfast, previous guests are also impressed with the quality of the lunch and dinner served at the on-site restaurant. Both the Italian restaurant and English pub have become a ‘go-to place’ for great food amongst the guests due to its satisfying meals and dishes.
Most guests were disappointed with the poor level of cleanliness within the rooms. There was this constant musty smell, which cannot be removed by spraying perfumes or air fresheners. Moreover, the rugs, shower curtains, bathrooms, and flooring were filthy.
Issue with accessing the Internet due to weak and slow connection is the common complaint of guests. Most guests were either not able to connect the whole time, or have to re-log due to the technical issue that has not been resolved within a short period of time.
The hotel premises have been very noisy according to most guests due to the thin wall structure of the rooms. They could hear loud footsteps from the rooms above them, as well as the loud yelling and conversations of other guests who were having a party the whole night.
