Most guests have enjoyed their stay due to the courteous and highly professional service rendered by the staff. They did their best to make sure the guests can get the exact room that were well-suitable for their needs. Moreover, the housekeepers have been very remarkable as well, and have offered great service.
Since the hotel’s location is near major tourists’ destinations such as the Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal, Atlantis, and Daytona, most guests are pleased! It is also very close to Walmart, Target, restaurants, and highways.
Guests were very satisfied with the quality of the beds provided at the rooms. Beds were impressively comfortable, clean, and sufficient in size. As a result, most guests were able to get a good rest and sleep properly during their whole stay.
The complimentary breakfast offered as part of the package was quite appalling according to most guests! Some of the juicers and food equipment were broken and the quality of the food was poor. Thus, guests are advised to check out IHOP, which is located just within the premises.
Guests were quite disappointed for not being able to use the pool for it was close due to on-going repair and construction. Families especially those with kids were dismayed for they couldn’t enjoy and maximize their overall stay.
Due to the uncontrollable noise from the next rooms such as yelling and loud walking/talking at the hallways especially during the night, most guests are displeased. Furthermore, loud voices of people at the pool can be heard from inside the rooms that are closely situated to the pool area.
