The hotel's location is ideal for those wanting to explore what Mexico City has to offer. It is walking distance from the Angel of Independence monument, as well as close to the castle and park. There is also a shopping centre and metro stops nearby.
Guests felt that the staff were nice to deal with during the check in process. They also felt that the staff were generally friendly and spoke good English. The bell boy helped with luggage and was friendly as well.
