The Gulf Side boasts a 5,000 sq. ft. gulf front lagoon style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, and bbq grills. The Bay Side shines with its 700 ft lazy river, central pool with waterfall, two oversized hot tubs, and bbq grills, all with a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a skywalk to the beach. Both Gulf Side and Bay Side have limited covered parking.\nDWH706 is a top floor Bay Side penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with additional private rooftop patio with Jacuzzi. This unit sleeps 8 and has a King in the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, 2 Twins in the guest bedroom, 2 Twins (bunk bed) in the bunkroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, stereo, and washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit welcomes monthly rentals.
