Really good customer service is provided by the staff at this accommodation. Available 24 hours a day and always with a smile, these staff members are polite and genuinely go out of their way to be helpful to guests, according to reviews.
Plenty of delicious menu options are available at the attached Amy's Bar & Bistro. Not only is there good food alongside a great selection of wine, but the restaurant has outdoor seating and a really laid back atmosphere.
While the guestrooms may have been recently refurbished, the en suite facilities still leave a lot to be desired. With an old and outdated look, many guests also complain about the showers which have poor water pressure and temperature control issues.
Posted comments often are critical about the cleaning staff. Stained and dirty carpets are one issue, but when guests find leftover rubbish and items from previous guests it makes them wonder how hard these staff members are working.
Connecting to the available Wi-Fi can be really challenging. Once a person is connected, download signals are far too slow. This can be disappointing to modern guests who expect this service to be of high quality.
