Hotel Divi Heritage Beach Resort (Sunset Crest, Barbados)

Divi Heritage Beach Resort is located on the beach front with amazing sunrise and sunset ocean views and is perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples away from the city. It is within easy access to the various beach restaurants and café which offers local as well as international cuisine along with ocean views.

The resort provides a serene holiday experience at a budget and the facilities are adequate. Spacious and comfortable rooms with good view, well-equipped kitchen, polite staff and great location near the beach make for a wonderful stay.

The staff at Divi Heritage Beach Resort is very helpful and informative and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. From front desk staff to security to room service, the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The reception staff also helped the guests with information on the destination points on the island and where to visit and eat.

Many guests complained that the hotel is a bit run down, outdated and lack cleanliness. There are some serious repair issues like dirty bathrooms with stale water in Jacuzzi, leaking taps, no phones or remote in the room etc.

Guests mentioned that the rooms need some serious investment and a lot of maintenance. Faulty A.C, Jacuzzi is in bad state and doesn't work, TV has no signals, no soaps in room are some of the issues highlighted by the guests.

Many guests were unhappy about the false advertising on the website. There is no coffee maker, no room safe, no AC, no sandy beach, no hot water in room are few of the lacking amenities pointed out by guests.
