The location of this hotel is a real selling point. Its close to the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar, two of Seville's most popular tourist attractions. The are also numerous tapas bars and restaurants in the area that are open until late.
Guests find the staff here to be friendly and welcoming and really appreciate the twenty-four hour reception who are said to be particularly helpful. If you're new to the city the staff can give you some great recommendations of places to visit and eat at.
On the whole guests feel that this hotel offers good value for money. With its central location and clean, comfortable rooms it often doesn't feel like a two star hotel which makes it a great option for those looking to conserve some money.
The noise levels form the surrounding restaurants and bars may make it difficult for light sleepers. There have also been reports that some of the older beds are squeaky and that the flush on the toilets can be disturbing at night.
The hotel could do with improving the maintenance of its rooms. There have been reports of issues with TVs, beds and windows. Several guests have also commented on the fact that the Wi-Fi is slow with a weak signal.
