Many guests liked the fact that this hostel is right across from the train station, which means that you can easily catch public transportation into the centre of the city. Several guests also said that you can walk into the city centre in about 20 minutes if you want to.
Guests love the fact that the lobby staff is always friendly and ready to assist. Several guests said that lobby staff members helped them plan their travels around Vienna, suggesting attractions to visit and shortest routes to take.
According to several guests, this was one of the cleanest hostels they had stayed in. The housekeeping staff does a very good job of not only doing basic cleaning, but making sure that each room is almost spotless.
Many guests were disappointed by the fact that it is nearly impossible to access the free Wi-Fi in most of the rooms. You will probably have to go to the lobby to use it, which guests said is very inconvenient.
Many guests thought that it was both odd and inconvenient that the lobby of this hotel is actually located in the building next door. If you want assistance with something, you will have to go outside and enter the other building in order to talk face to face with the lobby staff.
Guests all agree that there are not enough bathrooms for the number of guests when this hostel is full. Some bathrooms have to accommodate up to 8 guests at once, which can create lines and other problems.
