Our small and comfortable mini-hotel Dom Dostoevskogo is situated in the center of St. Petersburg within a two-minute walk from three underground stations: “Sennaya”, “Sadovaya”, “Spasskaya”. The hotel is housed in a building where the famous Russian writer, Fyodor Mikhaylovich Dostoevsky, lived in 1861-1863. Windows of the hotel face the embankment of Griboedov Canal (former name Ekatherininsky canal), Kaznacheyskaya street (former SmallMetschanskayast.), Sennaya square. Voznesensky prospect is near. All the actionof the novel “Crime and Punishment” takes place in this area. Within walking distance there is the famous Mariinsky theatre, the Winter Palace, the St. Isaac ‘s Cathedral, the Church of Our Savior on the Split Blood. You can walk along Nevsky Prospect, enjoy the grand Neva river, come out to the Admiralty and enjoy the wonderful views of the narrowest point on the eastern edge of Basil Island, known as the Strelkaand the Peter and Paul Fortresson the opposite side. There are ten rooms with all conveniences in the hotel: 6 rooms of the Twin type with two separate beds and 4 rooms of the DBL type with a queen-size bed.
