Domu Simius Hotel & Guest House is located a few steps from the center and on the hill of Poggio Belvedere and enjoy panoramic views of the sea of Villasimius. The Guest House has 7 double rooms, all comfortable and equipped with bathroom with shower. Some rooms have double sinks or showers. Balconies and terraces have chairs and tables. The standard rooms have no balcony or terrace. Hotel Domu Simius has 5 Deluxe Double Rooms, 8 Executive Double Rooms, located on the ground floor, on the first floor or on the second floor and on the third floor a Suite. The interior minimalist and functional furnishings are the result of a study of interior spaces. The terraces and balconies are complete with a teak table and one or two armchairs. All rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TV with Sky channels, minibar, hair dryer and courtesy set. The pool area (no lifeguard) and the whirlpool bath, exclusively reserved for the guests at the Guest House, have loungers, umbrellas and a gazebo for relaxing moments of your vacation. Hotel Domu Simius does not have private parking. The principal beach is distant about 900 meters, the Marina is situated about 2.5 km from the hotel.
