As one of the most expensive cities in the world, London has many overpriced hotels but fortunately, this is not one of them. There is great value to be had in booking a room in this historic building. Super amenities and only a stone's throw from the local tube make this place a real bargain.
The décor throughout this hotel is ultra-modern giving it a real boutique five-star charm. Guests are equally impressed by both the public spaces and the rooms which are very tastefully styled. All the mod cons are also here with excellent Wi-Fi access everywhere.
It's always nice to get a warm welcome but even more so when staying in a big city. The front desk are intent on making your stay the most enjoyable ever and will bend over backwards for you. For local tips and recommendations, they are the best.
There have been a few instances of guests that arrived only to find that the room they had booked and sometimes prepaid was unavailable. They then had to make do with a lower quality room or one with the wrong bed combinations.
When serious issues arise that the front desk staff cannot deal with guests would like to have a manager to speak to. Unfortunately, at this hotel management seem to be unavailable which leaves guests feeling very frustrated.
If you are overcharged on a bill, then you would expect it to be refunded immediately but this hotel has a strange policy of having to first contact their bank before refunding. This is very inconvenient for those who are travelling on a budget.
