Most of the positive reviews centered on how comfortable the beds and pillows were at the hotel! The guests described their experience as one of the most satisfying sleep they’ve ever had. The linens were also clean and smelled good and there were no bedbugs found within the bed, which made the guests extremely pleased.
The famous kickback menu offered by Drury hotel include a free freshly made breakfast, unlimited beverages, and free dinner buffet with three cocktails which can all be consumed from 5:30p.m to 7p.m.The food quality was great according to most of the guests here and was reasonable since it was already included with the room price.

Guests were quite uncomfortable with the slow moving and non-functional elevators at specific times. The elevators need some serious renovation or replacement according to guests in order to avoid any discomfort or hassle especially when they’re carrying their luggage up to rooms.
Aside from the loud noises coming from the kids within the hallway area, most guests were also disappointed with the irritating sound coming from the air-conditioning system. Therefore, guests are advised to wear earplugs for added comfort.
