Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms
The room is nice and quiet. The hotel offers very clean, simple and tastefully furnished rooms. Not only are the rooms are well equipped, they have a modern flair. All of the rooms were beautiful rooms and live up to the hotel's reputation as a five star hotel.
High class leisure facilities at the hotel
The swimming pool is fantastic, high class, well maintained and kept clean at all times. The spa is also amazing and most guests were very pleased with the professionalism and level of expertise shown by the masseurs at the hotel.
Rooms had poor Wi-Fi signal
One might have to go to the public areas of the hotel if you need to access the internet at a moderately better speed and stronger signal. This was due to the fact that the hotel rooms do not have a very strong Wi-Fi signal. Most found the Wi-Fi provided to be undesirable.
Inattentive and apparently slow hotel staff
A few guests have found issue with the responsiveness of some of the restaurant staff. They at times take their time coming to take your order and delay in bringing it to the table to the extent that often the food will be served lukewarm.
The hotel was highly-priced to some
Some guests were of the belief that the rooms were too pricey. They also felt the rates weren't appealing to them thus having the feeling of not getting the full rewards for their money.
