The hotel is popular with business guests as it is just a short walk away from the Convention Center. Guests also used the hotel as a base to explore the various city attractions and found it extremely convenient having the light rail station right across the road. There are restaurants and cafes also within walking distance which was appreciated by many.
The food served at the on-site restaurant has been described as being full of flavour and made from quality ingredients. Guests complimented the variety of choice on the menu as well as the prompt and efficient service. The restaurant is situated at the top of the building thus offering panoramic city views which left a lasting impression on many guests.
The hotel is across the street from the light railway and guests whose rooms were located on the lower floors said that they found it difficult to sleep due to the loud noise of the trains. If you a light sleeper it's advisable to ask for a room on the higher floors.
