Most guests are more than satisfied with their stay due to the spacious, updated, and well-equipped rooms. The rooms have microwave, television, and mini-fridge, which are perfect for the needs of the guests. The bathrooms are also immaculately clean and well-maintained, and there’s a fireplace and whirlpool available for the guests to enjoy.
The breakfast offering was quite basic yet rewarding. Guests were able to enjoy the full continental breakfast, which includes muffins, eggs, yogurts, pancakes, cereals, juices, and coffee. It was better compared to other competitions within the area according to most guests.
Due to its nearness to major highways and Interstate, most guests are extremely pleased with their choice to stay at the hotel. It is close to Interstate-94, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas such as the Oakwood Mall.
Guests had issues with the small breakfast room on-site. There were only a few seats provided per table so it was quite hard for large families with kids to enjoy breakfast together at the same table. Some guests even had to finish breakfast quickly to make way for other guests.
There are different noises that can be heard in the rooms according to most guests. The loud talking from people at the other rooms was quite irritating. Guests can hear almost the whole conversation due to the thin wall design. Therefore, guests are advised to wear earplugs.
There were only two pillows per bed inside every room. The bed’s quality was quite poor so most guest were displeased and had a hard time getting some proper sleep and rest. Furthermore, the pillows were too flat.
