Guests commend the over the top assistance of the staff! The front desk personnel were friendly and offered a warm greeting upon arrival. Moreover, they were very efficient from check-in to checkout and they also suggested famous dining spots and tourists’ destinations for guests.
Aside from the spacious rooms and well-designed layout, most guests were impressed with the overall comfort that they experienced. The suites are well-equipped with microwaves, mini-fridge, and excellent bathroom amenities.
Due to its highly convenient and practical location, guests are satisfied with their overall stay. The hotel has close proximity to the city center, freeway, and great restaurants within the area. These places can easily be reached via short walking distance or just within a short drive from the hotel.
Most of the negative reviews are focused on the limited breakfast. Guests were disappointed with the poor quality of eggs, breads, waffles, cereals, and fruits. The coffee also tasted bad and there was an apparent lack of protein rich food choices. Both the quality and quantity were an issue to most guests.
The quality of the beds is quite displeasing according to guests. Beds do not fit the actual size of the mattresses so they have the tendency to form tight folds. As part of the policy, the hotel does not give out extra blankets or sheets, which made the guests upset.
Guests were surprised and utterly dismayed with the pool’s size. It was described to be an oversized bathtub- very small and not sufficient to fit the total number of guests within the hotel. The pool has the same size of a kiddie pool.
