At least some of the rooms have been modernised. As a result, guests have generally found the rooms here to be in reasonable shape. There is some negative feedback but you might conclude that such comments are from guests who were allocated a room that had yet to benefit from any renovations.
With just a few exceptions, previous guests have found the staff here is friendly and attentive. Guests have felt at home and able to approach the staff with any questions or queries they had during their stay - questions and queries that the staff has been happy to address.
Overall, guests have tended to feel they have enjoyed good value for money here. The room rates are typically found to be acceptable and guests have appreciated the free perks such as breakfast and parking.
Although the renovations taking place are clearly improving the standards here, the renovations taking place have disturbed guests. If you prefer a quieter stay with less chance of disruption, it may pay to confirm with the hotel that the work has been completed.
Although a small number of past guests have encountered no problems with the Wi-Fi here, the general indication from reviews is that the quality of the Wi-Fi is poor. Guests have been unable to get online or found the speed and reliability of the connection disappointing.
