Many reviewers were pleased with the location of this motel off the junction of Michigan Route 37 and US Route 31 in the southern outskirts of Traverse City, Michigan. Not only was it close to filling stations, shopping options and several and places to eat, but also it paved the way for easy access to downtown as well as Lake Michigan beaches, beauty spots, shopping malls, vineyards, golf courses and the airport. The ample free parking was a further convenience.

According to many travellers, the friendly, professional and obliging personnel were informative about the local area and offered a swift check-in. Animal owners were delighted that pets were allowed for a small charge. The complimentary continental breakfast was a convenience for diners.

Guests often described their rooms as well-equipped because they came with flat-panel televisions, mini-fridges, microwaves and coffee-makers. Most travellers said their rooms were more than adequately clean and comfortable for a short stay. Budget-minded visitors mentioned that they got a decent deal thanks to the bargain room rates.
