A modern accommodation close to the sea and the Barbarossa beach. \nPorto Azzurro center is only 15 minutes walk along the coastal path.\nYou can reach it also walking along the main street ... less stunning but nearest!\nThe apartment is approximately 45 square meters. \nIt consists of a spacious living room, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.\nIn the living room there is a sofa that becomes a single bed or double. Suitable for maximum four adults.\nAll rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating.\nPrivate pergola terrace with table and 4 chairs. Private parking space.\nFacilities: hairdryer, TV LCD, coffe maker, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric iron.\nPrices include: water consumption and electricity (air conditioning excluded). \nNot included: mandatory final cleaning ( 60€ ).\n\n\nNote (Jul 10, 2015) :\nDuring the summer season we normally rent one or more whole weeks (check in/checkout on Saturday).
