Guests reported that the rooms at this hotel are very clean and spacious with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beds are comfortable, the views are amazing, everything works as it should and the decor is modern and tasteful.
The facilities around the hotel are modern and well-maintained including the swimming pool which is large and clean with lots of loungers and the beach area which is always clean.
Staff members at this hotel are very friendly at all times and are quick to provide assistance with anything guests need. They are attentive to individual needs, they have no problem providing guests with information about the area and they are always available to rectify any issues that arise.
Guests reported the breakfast served each morning is repetitive and features bland, poor-quality food. There is little variety to choose from as it is mostly Mexican dishes.
Guests reported that there are large parties on some evenings during the week and weekends that feature very loud music, yelling and even fireworks.
