Those who were looking for an inexpensive place to rest their heads overnight on a road trip were not disappointed with this property. Furthermore, the property was well-located just off the highway, with several eateries nearby for a quick chow.
The motel wasn't a disappointment for those who wanted to tour the area as well. Many attractions are near from the property, such as the Agnes Etherington Art Centre, Shopper's Drug Mart, and Military Communications and Electronics Museum. Moreover, Downtown Kingston is just four miles away.
No negative comment can be said from the staff members of this property. They were highly trained in the business of service, and always had a genuine smile on their faces. Moreover, they were approachable and easy to communicate with.
A lot of guests were frustrated after finding out that there weren't any kettle or coffee maker inside the room, amenities which they considered a basic. They complained that they weren't able to heat their water or make a coffee or tea.
Tissues were barely provided inside the bathrooms. Extra shampoos, hand lotion, and other basic toiletries were not provided as well- only two small shampoos. Many guests also commented that the lack of hair dryer spoiled their stay.
Although the beds were generally comfortable, a number of guests still complained that the pillows were too thin for their taste. What frustrated the guests more was that there were no extra pillows provided when they requested one.
