Located only one block off of the Magnificent Mile, this hotel is across from the John Hancock building and a stone's throw from Water Tower shops. You'll be within easy walking distance to prime shopping, tourist attractions, and many great restaurants.
Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a layout that separates the bedroom from the living space so as not to disturb other guests in your party. Beds are comfortable and provide a great night's rest.
All of the staff provide excellent customer service and they are courteous and attentive. Ask for a great restaurant recommendation and you won't be disappointed.
Wi-Fi is not included in your room rate and the connectivity is extremely poor, especially if you are in a room at the end of the floor.
Valet parking is extremely expensive, although it is convenient. The closest self-park is a few blocks away and you'll have to either drag your luggage with you or drop it off first with the concierge.
This hotel is oddly set-up so that you have to take multiple elevators to get to your room. Some guests experienced three elevator changes before finally accessing their room.
