The proximity of this hotel to Munich's Hauptbahnhof main train station was thought to be very useful by guests, who said they could walk there in less than a minute. Furthermore, attractions like the Oktoberfest grounds and Marienplatz in the Old Town could apparently be reached with a short walk, while plenty of dining options were also said to be close by.
People were happy with the buffets served up in the hotel's breakfast room, mentioning that there was a fine selection of delicious cooked and continental options on offer. Reviews also mentioned that the staff here was professional, very helpful, efficient and also spoke an excellent standard of English.
Plenty of space is on offer in rooms here, according to previous visitors, and these apparently also had good soundproofing, a decent Wi-Fi connection, spacious bathrooms and a good standard of cleanliness. The charged underground parking on offer here was also considered to be a convenient option.
Those visiting in the summer were a bit disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning available in this hotel, especially because leaving their window open seemed to invite in a fair bit of noise in the cases of those guests with street-facing rooms. Furthermore, the immediate area around the hotel was not thought to look particularly attractive or inviting, even if it was considered safe.
