Guests are very positive about the price and standard of the rooms at this hotel. They have large, functional bathrooms and reviewers have found the mattresses and bedding to be very comfortable. If you're looking for good quality at a reasonable price this could be right up your street.
The reception staff are incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay runs as smoothly as possible. Several of the staff have been singled out by previous guests for going the extra mile who really appreciate their polite and friendly manner.
Previous guests say that the hotel is easy to find and doesn't require you to drive through the traffic at the centre of Seville. It also offers convenient parking just outside the hotel.
The hotel is close to the Parque de Marie Luisa but it's a forty minute walk into the city centre to visit the incredibly popular catherdral and Alcazar which may not be practical for sight seeing tourists. Another disadvantage of the area is that there are not many restaurants or bars within walking distance so it lacks the atmosphere some tourists may be looking for.
Guests aren't wild about the breakfast and dinner options here which they say are not great quality and lack variety.
A common complaint is that the Wi-Fi is slow in the rooms which can be frustrating for business travellers.
