The Exotica Hotel lies on the hillside in the outskirts of the seaside resort of Golden Sands. It is very close to the bus stop "Journalist". The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach .The resort centre is approximately 1.5 kilometres away and can easily be reached by the shuttle bus service.
