With rates starting under $100 for a night, Extended Stay Deluxe Melbourne - Airport provides an affordable, clean and comfortable stay for travelers looking for a short stay or longer duration.
The hotel is located at a walking distance from the shopping mall, beach, local attractions and several good restaurants which makes it great for travelers.
The entire staff of the hotel is courteous and helpful right from the front desk to the service staff. All guest complaints are looked at and the service is fast.
There have been complaints about the hotel hallways and rooms having foul musty smell from the previous occupants and stain marks. Cigarette smell has been a major irritant for many of the guests.
The hotel's free Wi-Fi has poor connectivity and offers very low speeds which cause hassles to the guests.
The free continental "grab and go" breakfast with fruits comprising a major part of it is very limiting in terms of options and doesn't go well with guests.
