Due to the in-room extraordinary kitchen area, most guests were able to enjoy cooking instead of buying food at the nearby restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and toaster. It is huge enough for large families and ideal for long term or extended vacations.
Most guests speak well of the outstanding service provided by the staff especially people from the front desk. They were considerate and they even printed maps and suggested places to visit in order to help guests make the most of their stay.
Guests were pleased with the close proximity of the hotel to major highways such as Interstate-5, hospitals, and restaurants that can easily be reached by walking or driving. As a result, guests were able to enjoy their stay by going to different places by foot or by using their cars.
Aside from the noise coming from the highway, most guests were irritated with the continuous noise coming from the refrigerator. They had no choice but to turn it off in order to get some proper sleep. Exhaust fan was also quite loud and disturbing.
Due to the lack of enough variety or choices, most guests were disappointed with the poor quality breakfast. The choices were limited to coffee, instant oatmeal, pastries, and granola bars which ran out quickly most of the time. Guest should try nearby restaurants such as Wagner's European Bakery and Cafe.
Most of the previous guests complained about the strong smell of cigarette smoke within the hotel area. Guests were also uncomfortable with the smell of prohibited substance in the hallways and in some rooms.
