Guests found all the staff members to be the main highlight of this hotel. They went way beyond to help the guests and make them feel at home. The foreign guests were guided by the staff members about the local places of interest to visit.
The hotel is close to Starbucks, Good Egg and many other eating joints that the guests could try out anytime. It is very conveniently close to the highway too. Guests were also happy with the fact that the stay at this hotel was decently priced, which turned out to be very economical. There is a massage spa right across the road.
Since the hotel is pet-friendly, it came as a huge relief for guests traveling with their pets. The charges to keep the pets are also very nominal and not heavy on the pocket.
The walls of the rooms are paper thin, thus providing very little sound insulation. Guests could hear their next door neighbors talking and people walking in the corridors.
Even though the rooms were non-smoking, many guests were troubled by the smoky smell in their rooms. Some of the guests felt as if the room was full of ashtrays. The stench of cigarettes in the cupboard spaces is also unbearable as per many guests.
Rooms were quite small making it difficult for guests to move about freely. The tubs in the bathroom had standing water and the toilet seats were almost falling off. Bathrooms had not been scrubbed properly for many days.
