The front desk staff is very polite and efficient. The members take care of guests’ queries and address issues promptly and with care. The housekeeping staff do a great job. Guests say that they did not have to ask for anything as the staff keep bathroom and room amenities well stocked.
The studios are small; compact but comfortable. Guests say that they like the kitchen facilities with its full size fridge, electric burner top and other appliances. They find it handy that there is plenty of cabinet space and counter top cupboards for storage.
Guests say that the breakfast provided is pretty basic consisting only of coffee and packaged muffins. Sometimes there are shady characters staying and some guests had the unfortunate experience of listening to screaming quarrels in the neighboring room that ended up with an attempt to burn the room and the arrival of cops.
