Hotel guests have encountered issues with the room key card. The key card gets deactivated anytime it gets close to anything magnetic like credit cards and mobile phones. Guests had to visit reception to get it reactivated which annoyed them.
Since the hotel usually has high occupancy, in certain instances past guests had to wait for the breakfast. As per some of the guests, buffet breakfast was too crowded and they were made to wait first for a table n then for the food.
