The rooms are clean to an acceptable standard. Don't expect a super modern spiffy décor but overall, you can be comfortable and have a good night's sleep.

You should have an easy time navigating around the area. You won't have to deal with all the traffic from the main streets and it's easy to take the back roads to get to where you want to go.

The creek and water are enchanting. It's pretty much like a storybook picture. It's a nice place to relax, contemplate, and enjoy a nice break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Though the room is fairly clean, there are some bits and pieces that warrant attention. For example, you may find linens on the bed torn with poorly stitched patches and a bathroom shower curtain with holes in it. You will have to request amenities that you normally find in most hotels like shampoo, soap, and hairdryer.

What establishment ends breakfast at nine in the morning? It's much too early! By the time you rollover in bed in the morning, breakfast is over! In addition, there may be a shortage of food during breakfast, so there may be no reward for getting up so early anyway. However, if you are naturally an early bird, you should have no problem.

It appears that the staff loves to smoke at this hotel and it doesn't matter who is around either. If you have young kids with you for example, it won't put them off lighting up a cigarette.
