Fiesta Inn Mexicali boasts a convenient location, close to the highway, and only a seven-minute drive from the US/Mexican border. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and lots of shopping nearby as well. If you're flying in, the airport is only 20-minutes away.

Some of the rooms facing the train tracks may get a surprise in the early morning. The train passing through town often toots its horn as early as 4 or 6 am, but most guests didn't have complaints. If you're a light sleeper, however, you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel.

For a several guests, room service and requests have been very slow and not always properly done. For example, coffee might come but without milk or sugar.
