The holiday house is located directly on the beach of Nikiti - a holiday resort on the second finger of Chalkidiki, on the peninsula Sithonia.\r\nThe town center is only a few minutes walk from the house. There you will find smaller supermarkets, souvenir shops and many tavernas and restaurants. Nikiti has a beautiful beach promenade with cafes and small bars, which also offer sun loungers and umbrellas.\r\nThe former fisherman\'s house on the beach is part of a small family holiday resort with several apartments. It has been renovated in 2016 and has its own terrace with a view of the beach and the sea. \r\nThe house has a spacious hallway with dining table, living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms with wardrobes. One bedroom is furnished with double bed, one with 2 single beds. \r\nBeach chairs and umbrellas at the beach are provided by the landlord. Towels and bed linen are provided in the house. Linen change is weekly.
