Hotel Flatsforyou Las Arcadias (Valencia, Spain)

The apartment's location very close to the Old Town and station seem to be the main reason guests decided to book. Based on their comments it doesn't seem that they were disappointed. The location is described as ideal for city break. It is some distance from the beach, so is perhaps not the best option for a beach break.

A large number of guests comment on the milk, tea, coffee and chocolate that was waiting for them when they checked in. It was a small gesture, but one that went far beyond the small cost to the hotel. It certainly seemed to put guests in a positive frame of mind.

Plenty of guests are very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartments. Based on their room-rate, and the central position, they were clearly expecting the apartments to be much smaller.

While the apartments themselves are very modern, and guests did not seem to have any problems with the room décor, the hallways and other public areas of the hotel are described as being in need of an update. The contrast between the modern rooms and older public areas seemed a little jarring to some guests. A few also mentioned that the carpets in the hallways smelled bad.

Guests have an almost universal negative opinion of the sofa beds. They were described as either being too small for adults, or more usually, as being very uncomfortable.

Several guests complain that they did not have enough hot water for their shower. It seems the tanks used may be a bit too small to allow all guests to shower close together. Some also mention very low water pressure.
