Drivers like that the hotel is easy to access from I-10 and offers plenty of parking, while air travellers appreciate the complimentary, 24-hour shuttle service to SkyHarbor, just 10 minutes away. Guests are also happy to report that the courteous, knowledgeable drivers will take them anywhere within the shuttle's five-mile radius, which includes a wide variety of restaurants, the Arizona Mills mall, and South Mountain Park.
The front desk staff have earned many positive reviews for their friendly, accommodating service. Travellers also enjoy the food at the on-site restaurant, though some wish the breakfast buffet was included in every room rate.
