About Fraoch House

Fraoch House is a 5-star bed and breakfast, within a 10-15 minute bus ride to Princes Street and city centre. It is only slightly over nine miles from Edinburgh Airport. Most rooms are ensuite, but all include flatscreen TV with DVD, toiletries, towels, coffee/tea, and free Wi-Fi. A wheelchair accessible room is available. Parking is onsite and free for Fraoch House.
