The hotel's hospitality is exemplary and second to none. Everyone is very welcoming, helpful and always anticipating your needs. At the onsite restaurant, the ever smiling waitress are constantly welcoming guests as they walk in. Besides, they are always ready to give you the best experience they can.
Guests had wonderful opportunities to sample the Italian cuisine at the onsite restaurant . The food is well prepared, in plenty and scrumptious. The attentive wait staff always ensured guests have a lovely dining experience.
The guestrooms are well equipped and have excellent views of the surrounding areas. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy. Housekeeping is offered regularly. The room layout is comfortable with enough space to manoeuvre.
The Wi-Fi speeds seem slow in some areas and virtually unusable for heavy browsing. At times, even light internet users were affected by the weak strength of the signal. Guests have voiced their irritation as they couldn't connect to the network without a hitch.
Many guests felt that the price of food and services was too expensive. They complained about the rates of rooms as high as opposed to what was offered. With breakfast not being included in room price, a number of them felt that they were being overcharged.
According to some guests sharing of bathrooms and other room facilities like the kitchen wasn't a nice touch. This led to many feeling that they didn't have enough privacy as they wished for.
