All members of staff carry out their tasks with great enthusiasm. They work hard to create a comfortable atmosphere for their guests. They are always gladly available when needed. They are helpful and enlightening and always ensure guest satisfaction as their focus.

The hotel is well positioned in the city centre close to several attractions like the NASA's Johnson Space Center. The Zoo at Houston is easily reachable as Houston is just a few minutes' drive away from the property.

The rooms are well-appointed and tastefully furnished. The functional kitchens are well equipped and contain many of the appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator. Its modern design allows you to move around at ease.

Walls of the apartments are quite thin and you can easily hear everything outside your door in the hallway. Loud chats and doors slamming is a constant annoyance. The rooms on lower floors can get pretty noisy if the windows are left open at night.

Many groups of people can be seen waiting for the lift as it is slow and only handle a bunch of people at a time. At times during peak seasons, the elevator can get stuffy inside as it gets cramped with many guests.

Though the hotel provides everything of top notch quality, some felt that the rooms' rates were a little more expensive as compared to other hotels. Some felt they did not get value for their money.
