Guests find the king size beds, bathrooms with two sinks along with the glass-enclosed shower plus the huge balcony pleasing. The living room with the modern flat-screen TV and couch besides a dining area adds to the appeal. Guests feel that the free bottles of water supplied in the rooms is a thoughtful gesture by the resort.
Guests are impressed with the ICE, with its ice sculptures and slides, mentioning that the entire atmosphere indicates the thought, time and money behind the planning of the complex. The atrium decor with lighting is found stunning by the guests. The 25 yard pool and hot tub creates an impression on the guests too.
Guests say that the location of the resort is idyllic for sightseeing, shopping and visiting restaurants and bars. People find the resort venue aptly suited for organizing conferences and events. The winter light show gets a special mention by guests for the lovely decorations and the lighted hanging glass tree with fake snow fall.
Many guests find the resort overpriced. They feel that having to pay for parking facilities after paying a high rate for the hotel room is ridiculous. Guests are vexed about the many additional rates like resort fee and upgrade fee charged every night.
The pool is closed at night by nine which guests feel is too early. Toiletries offered are found inadequate as it is mostly one tiny bar of soap and tiny tube of shampoo.
For a property of such a large magnitude, guests expect that there should be more than two elevators. They also find the walks to the elevators too long.
