Guests who dined at the on-site restaurant said that they were very satisfied with their experience stating that the food was of high quality as well as the service. Many appreciated the range of choice on the menu and the fact that local produce was used in many of the dishes as well as the overall pleasant atmosphere in the dining room.
The hotel is a short distance away from the center of town as well as the University campus. Guests were pleased to find quite a few cafes within walking distance and those who wanted to explore further afield could use the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel.
The lounge as well as the bar area have been complimented by the guests stating that they were nicely decorated with a pleasant and lively atmosphere. Guests enjoyed spending time in the cozy lounge which features a koi pond and large comfortable sofas whilst the bar also proved popular with many who stayed here.
Guests objected to being able to hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms including conversations and television noise. The walls have been described as very thin as well as the front t doors as guests said that they could often hear noise from the hallways which they described as intrusive.
Those staying in the standard rooms objected to not having necessary amenities including fridges and microwaves. Although complimentary coffee is provided in the lounge many were inconvenienced by the lack of coffee makers in their rooms.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room was said to be very slow and intermittent with guests stating that they struggled to connect and had to log in several times.
