Guests loved the plethora of activities available onsite, and that many of them are free for guests. The pool area especially was a favorite of many. There are a total of three pools and two Jacuzzis. One of the pools is open to adults only if you prefer a quieter dip.
Grace Bay Club is located what guests say is one of the best beaches they've ever visited. The area around the hotel features plenty of shopping and dining to entertain you. Golfers will appreciate being only two minutes from the nearby golf course. In addition, the airport is only a short 12-minute drive from the hotel.
Most guests found the staff to be very nice, helpful and having a great attitude. They know you're on vacation and aim to please.
Though most guests were pleased with their accommodations, some rooms appear outdated and even have a musty smell. The Villas were disappointing on several occasions. Guests reported a lot of visible wear and tear, necessary maintenance. Several amenities looked overused, especially the kitchen equipment. However, when guests made inquiries about items that needed maintenance, the staff was quick to respond and resolve the problem.
Concierge (or butler) service, provided complimentary to guests staying in certain rooms, was far from helpful according to a few guests. Reviews report that the staff on duty was inattentive and not always knowledgeable.
Breakfast, though complimentary, did not impress some guests. While the buffet offers plenty of variety, guests said the food did not seem fresh or good quality.
