Reviewers say the setup at this hotel is superb, with numerous features and services that contribute to a relaxing, enjoyable and easy stay. The restaurants are reportedly excellent, as are the bars; the swimming pool and fitness center are a big plus; and there are free shuttle transfers to several major destinations, such as Disneyland, on a regular basis.
Guests of this hotel say the views to be enjoyed here are spectacular. The superb view can be seen from several of the restaurants and bars, as well as guest suites, with the vista stretching to include Mt Fuji, Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge.
Almost every reviewer mentions the staff at this hotel, commending them for being friendly and efficient. Guests found the concierge services to be exceptional, with no problem too big, small or unsolvable.
Past guests warn that, while the hotel is very close to a train station, it takes several transfers and connections to reach the city center. For most guests the journey was straightforward enough, but those that travelled with children say it was a little arduous.
Some reviewers were unhappy about the extra fee required in order to use the fitness center. Most guests believe this should be a complimentary service for those already paying to stay at the hotel.
It seems this hotel may not be an ideal option for those travelling with children, as there are reportedly a severe lack of facilities for kids. According to reports, use of the hotel pool is restricted to adults, which many parents were unhappy about.
